These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the War Nexus application ("the App") developed and published by Age of Spoon, a company based in France.

1. Use of the App

War Nexus allows users to build and store army lists for Warhammer Age of Sigmar, track matches, manage their miniature collection, and view game-related statistics. By using this app, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account and Login

Users may log in using Apple or Google email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Intellectual Property and Legal Notice

War Nexus is an unofficial companion application for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. It is developed and published by Age of Spoon and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop Limited.

All names, terms, and references related to Warhammer, including but not limited to Warhammer Age of Sigmar, battletomes, warscrolls, and specific army or faction names (e.g., Stormcast Eternals, Skaven), are trademarks or registered trademarks of Games Workshop Limited in the UK and/or other countries. These are used strictly for informational and non-commercial purposes within the scope of fair use. No content from Games Workshop — such as images, logos, or proprietary artwork — is used in this application.

All original content developed by Age of Spoon, including application design, code, structure, version control systems, UI/UX, features such as list building, version switching, and play assistant functionalities, is the intellectual property of Age of Spoon and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

"War Nexus" is a trademark of Age of Spoon, with trademark registration pending.

4. User Content

Users may export their army lists and share them externally, but the app itself does not provide public sharing. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content if necessary. Abuse can be reported to warnexus@ageofspoon.com.

5. Payments

War Nexus does not currently offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. This may change in the future with notice provided in-app or via our website. A donation link may be provided for voluntary contributions.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

War Nexus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or accuracy of the app. Age of Spoon will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion, with or without notice, in case of a breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
